Welcome to N.B.

I guess you're always biased towards your home town. But, constant reader, let me tell you about a place that has it all: North Berwick (pop. 7000), a historic victorian town in beautiful East Lothian, Scotland. Play golf (about as easy on the wallet as a new plasma screen TV at the last count), drink in the world-famous Quarterdeck Bar and consume the local psychedelic mushrooms for a relaxing evening wandering about the many wide open spaces. Shroom season is Sept - Nov depending on the weather.

Just 25 miles from Edinburgh but a world away from average. And if you believe that, I've got a bridge I'd like to sell you...

Pros and Cons

Pros:Beach, golf, fishing, camping, huge illegal drug fuelled gatherings in the area. Not kidding...
Cons:Aw, come on! It's perfect in every way!
In a nutshell:A special place for special people...

Well done for creating a Nightlife page for N Berwick. Creative or what! Grew up in North Berwick & the Quarterdeck was the Redan and always will be. Do you bump into my brother-in-law Jimmy Meston at the Redan, or my old mate from the Blenheim, Milton?
