STENA LINE FERRY

The Stena Line Ferry is sailing between Hoek van Holland and Harwich. It is the best and cheapest way to travel by boat to England.

Stena Line Ferry introduced the "high-speed" vessels (HSS) in 1996 from Hoek van Holland - Harwich. The Stena Britannica and Stena Hollandica are the ferries of luxury with all kind of comfort.

The night-depart from Hoek van Holland is at 22.00 hrs, and you will disembark at 07.00 hrs in the morning in Harwich.

When going by train to Hoek van Holland you have to travel out of Rotterdam (Central Station), Schiedam, Vlaardingen or Maassluis. Every 30 minutes there is a train connection to Hoek van Holland.

Remember Hoek van Holland has 2 train stations;
Hoek van Holland Haven/Harbour
& Hoek van Holland Strand/Beach

Only in summer there is the "regional rail" or "commuter rail" and in winter time there is one train per hour.

From The Hague you better take the bus line 128 and 135 (rush-hour) to Hoek van Holland ...
