17 march 2006 - I finally payed a long delayed second visit to Neuschwanstein - the Fairytale castle in the Bavarian Alps and I have to tell you - It met all my expectations - the innside of the castle is kept in such a great condition - like it was built yesturday. I am much more impressed than from Schonbrunn - that looks like a old cuffin compaired to it.... |

Built by king Ludwig II von Bayern between 1869 and 1886 / it's his unfinished masterpiece....
A castle I've been dreaming of visiting for about 10 years . It was then, that I first saw a holographic picture of it... it took me till like two years ago to find its location by chance, or it was not just a coincidence....Unfortunately it was closed by the time we got there, But Hey I saw It - it exists !!!!!
I apologize for the bad quality of the upcoming pics, but they were tooken with the cam of a cell phone.
