This was the only 4-star hotel near the Vienna Center. The reception staff was VERY courteous, the rooms were spacious but the beds small (two single beds). The toilet was marbelled with a big bath tub (better sleep in the tub than on narrow beds. I hated the pillows though - too thin.
Unique Qualities: Breakfast is included which is sumptuous and nicely laid - i loved the cheese collection. There is a sauna in the hotel. But there is no internet access in the rooms and no dining facilities. The bar is small and cosy.

This is a small hotel (maybe 3-star) with old design and small rooms - BUT the best thing is that it is right next to the alte donau river. So if you are there in summers then it is the best place to stay.
