I was attending a Financial Women International Conference in Seattle and we took a jet catamaran over to Victoria early one morning. We rode in a double decker bus through the Chinatown section then onto a winding road to visit Butchart Gardens...they were awesome and the city of Victoria was wonderful too. I also enjoyed the price break in Canada because the dollar was worth more up there. I highly recommend this trip and if you can, stay at the Empress Hotel!
