"Two day trip to Paris" a Paris Travel Page by joits

Having been to Calais and Bologne on a school day trip from Kent, going to Paris was always one of my goals. So my trip to London gave me the opportunity to spend a few days in Paris.

And here it is! The thing I've wanted to see for a long time! And it didn't disappoint. Among the many highlights of Paris, The Eiffel Tower takes the cake!

The view was breathtaking from the Eiffel Tower. I've seen some pretty amazing sights in my life, and sight from the Tower was definitely one of the most beautiful! I loved the peacefulness and the tranquility I felt when I was up there, especially since Paris in August is quite crowded and congested.

With not much time, my friend, sister and I made sure we saw the major attractions of Paris. Using the hop on hop off bus tour, we hit the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysees, Notre Dame, Sacre Couer, etc.

We got to experience the unpredictable weather of Paris. It rained a bit, but thankfully most off the time it was pretty warm.

All in all, it was a great experience and I hope to return again with more time to explore the city as well as other cities in this great country!
