Visit this city at least once in your life time

Lion's Gate Bridge

Winter in Vancouver
This bridge connects Vancouver and the North Shore. I used to take that bridge everyday to work when I wroked there for four months. Beautiful drive.
Since then I got hooked to this city.

Beautiful city of Vancouver

Summer
Vancouver enjoys warm, comfortable summers that are rarely scorching. June to August daytime temperatures linger just above 20º Celsius (70º Fahrenheit). Evenings, especially in the surrounding mountains, can be cool, so it's best to pack a light jacket and sweater.
Fall
Autumn on the coast is very mild with summer-like weather often stretching into October. By November, the air turns crisp in the mornings and leaves start to fall. Bring warm, waterproof clothing if visiting at this time of year, and expect to see some spectacular fall foliage!

Winter
Winters are mild and wet - it rarely snows in this part of Canada except, of course, at the local ski hills. From November to February, temperatures average from 0º to 5º Celsius (around 45º Fahrenheit). To stay cozy and dry, you'll need warm clothes, a raincoat and an umbrella. Waterproof footwear is always a good idea.

Spring
The fresh spring air blows in early to our coastal city. By February or March, you'll see early crocuses and daffodils popping up, quickly followed by an eruption of spring blossoms. Active locals suddenly emerge from hibernation, flooding the streets on bicycles, inline skates, and running shoes. Pack light clothing along with a few sweaters for good measure.

Yaletown

Yaletown is located on the False Creek's waters edge of downtown Vancouver, where once situated a rundown warehouse district of Vancouver. Its rebirth started in the late 1980's, and has gradually transformed into a trendy urban community comprising a mix of residential, office, restaurants, boutiques, cafes, and more. The elevated, brick-paved loading docks with their cantilever canopies now house sidewalk tables, providing shade and shelter for the patrons of the many dining and drinking establishments. Today's Yaletown covers a much wider area than before its rebirth, and is now considered to be the area bounded on the North by Georgia Street, to the West by Richards Street, to the South by False Creek and to the East by Cambie Street.

Obviously, you've never been to Rodeo drive which is MUCH MUCH MUCH more upsclae and manicured. Robson is OK, but nowhere near the quality of Rodeo.

Bitterly cold is a matter of perspective! Summers are great here too... Mind you it rains 6 months of the year in Vancouver... Safe travels from the other parts of Canada!
