Paris is one of those cities that if you go once you always want to go back again and again. The rich history and art makes this city so unique. Everything is done to perfection whether it's food, buildings or landscape. I will definitely go back again but next time I'll spend my time visiting sites were tourists not normally go. I believe I'd get a true feeling of France.

Money ATM's The easiest and best way to get cash away from home is from an ATM using your same PIN number, just keep in mind that your bank might impose a transaction fee every time you use a bank machine. Contact your bank and ask them which bank they are affiliated with, that way you can avoid those charges which can go up to $8 every time you use it. I know that Bank Of America here in the US has partnership with BNP bank in France, I used their ATM and they didn't charge me at all.
VISA If your ATM card has "VISA" sign on it then by all means you can charge it but definitely you will be hit with fees (I am not sure what the percentage is).
Finding an address Finding an address in paris is fairly easy. The first three digits in the postal code is for Paris (75004) and the last three digits indicate the arrondissement. 75002 means 2e arrondissement. |
