A Toast To A New City Explored! While in Spain I was never quite able to figure out why on one occasion we'd be served wine in a wine glass and on another it would come served in what looked like as ash tray!!!
Growing up in the UK, Spain is usually the country that every Brit has been to, but I've gotten used to being a little different and years later I finally made plans to visit Spain for the first time.
Madrid was to be the first stop, followed by Bilbao, San Sebastien and finally Barcelona. |
|  | Walking Around! We were fortunate to be pretty centrally located with our hotel and found that just walking around the old parts of the city was a great way to see the city.
You end up wandering from square to plaza to square, taking in the sights, having somthing to eat and of course knocking back the odd drink or two. Wait a second!!!!! Walking around having a drink or two!!!!! Where haven't I done that? Well, I guess "if it ain't broke!" |
