First of just drive

Public transport is thin on the ground around here and absolutely no rail or air links apart from Glasgow are available. Oban is the nearest town and buses do run from here but the schedule is pretty sketchy. After you leave the main roads from either Tarbert or Oban you do encounter single track roads but once driven - never forgotten - these roads are an experience but very enjoyable too. tbc

Surprised to see a petrol station - Clachan-Seil

Surprised to see a petrol station

Seil so Tiny So Perfect

The Island of Seil is very small so I was amazed to see the petrol pump. I thought it was part of the tourist thing because it looked so bonnie and quaint, but it was real. So if you are running low on fuel fill up in Seil.
