Sutherland in Summer saw us travelling around from the Coast in the East to The Coast in the West. There is a Scottish Folk Song which tributes the 'Folk of the West' but no song to say the West Coast with its wild beauty eclipses the East Coast. |

Yaqui Wed Jul 8, 2009 22:14 UTC Nice page, I especially like the Remembrance in White Statue and moment. Wonderful words to remember. Thanks for this lovely tour! | JLBG Mon Jan 12, 2009 22:21 UTC Great beach! I can remember that I was once in Scourie but no detailed memories! Not sure it was one of those places in Scotland where we were bothered by excessive heat but may be, why not! That occured more than once, for sure! Tapadh Leat! | MalenaN Sat Oct 4, 2008 07:35 UTC It looks lovely and sounds to be a great and relaxing place to visit with beautiful views, salty air and yummy raspberries! | Bwana_Brown Fri Oct 3, 2008 18:14 UTC Lucky you to have so many picturesque little villages within easy reach - not to mention the beautiful coastlines!! So it got that hot in Scotland!?? I think you have just confirmed Global Warming! |
