Tarbert

by scottishvisitor - last update: May 2, 2009

On the Kintyre Peninsular

We visited Tarbert on our Easter Break, the weather forecast was frightening before we set off. The West Coast is renowned for wet weather. We had a plan 'B' for this trip though, we would visit Glasgow if the weather did decide to be awkward. As it turned out the weather was great with sunshine and blue skies. We were back in Argyll and Glasgow's Glories would again have to wait awhile longer.

What a great page! Love the reflections on your intro photo, the accomodation tip and the shop with all the cute things.

What a pretty town! I love the painted houses in your opening shot, reflected in the water :-) The Hay Loft sounds a charming place to stay, and the fresh fish on offer in the restaurants a delight
