Excellent page! Lovely town! There will be a constitutionalism conference there in 2011, but I don't think I will get to go. Too bad--I would really like to visit Speyer!

It looks like a real nice town to visit and see the architecture and stone buildings. YOu did a nice job of selecting the better pics of the ornate structures and the comments enhance those pics.

Speyer seems to offer splendid views from atop its architectural gems! Its wealth of cathedrals with beautiful paintings and interiors must have kept you entranced--it sounds very nice....

The Stained Glass windows are spectacular.Splendid! Star-worthy pages, indeed. Great emphasis on history and architecture. How fortune your timing to be in town same time as the church "big wigs". A joy to read and to view.
