Reflecting on Barcelona

Reflections
Reflecting on Barcelona two day trip cannot justify a city as diverse, interesting, historical, beautiful and artistic as you.
Hasta la Vista Barcelona!!
Magic Fountains

Font Majica de Montjuic

Arrived Friday evening in a strange city. What to do with so little time to spare. Thanks to VT & planning ahead let the adventure begin.
Loose yourself in the magical water, music & light show.
Sit on the palace steps mesmerised with the sheer beauty & excitement of the city

Ornate buildings spring forth

Saturday - walk or take the bus tour. Still uncertain of the city - bus wins. The tour Guide has spoken of two thousand years of history in the Gothic Centre. Time to get off the bus.
Walk through history
Walk through tourists
Walk into a Festival - celebrate
Walk into a Concert de Santa Eulalia - encore!!
Walk through life - Barcelona style.
The journey has begun.
Tilt the camera & look up

Barcelona certainly has considerable number of tourist attractions to explore especially from famous Gaudi's creations. Thanks for sharing. Certainly bring back fond memories of our trip to that city several years ago. ~ho & pang

Yes, indeed. Madira island is a good place for walking. I am just back from Barcelona. You have seen so many things in a two-day trip there. Montserrat pleased me very much.

I remember a fantastic aquarium and somebody playing violin near the cathedral. Here I discovered my first parillada of sea food.
