Too many cars
Too many apartments
Too many new developments
Too many cheap souveniers
These all created to please mass tourism. Apparently the government has put a hold on new licencing for building work so it may recover.
On the plus side there are some nice hikes outside the resorts.
The spring time is alive with colour & the landscapes every changing & holding their own beauty.
To get the most out of this island a hire car is a necessity. |
