Staying at Portugal, we were wondering about a lot of flags flying out of windows and balconies on the towns and villages streets. Durind the first day we thought there may be some national holiday in Portugal. But then just got used to the plenty of green-red flags.
That is why I choose this picture as the first one greeting you - the virtual traveller who is now visiting my Portugal travel page ;-) And me too - I'm also greeting you from the picture.
I had the outstanding trip to this wonderful country. After coming back home I feel that this trip has changed something inside me: my views, behaviour (and hope, changed to the best). And it seems these changes help me to live through all these sad days (or at least lighten them) we have here...
So, may be this country helps not only to discover some new places for a traveller but also to open something new inside him/her?

I will try to publish thorough tips and info on all the places we have visited. But due to the usual lack of time I can't promise I will be punctual in writing and consistent with the order of creating info, tips and travelogue pages :)
