KL has mad traffic just like Bangkok but not the millions of tuk tuks that try impossible manouvres to beat the traffic. It has the same wiffy back streets, street vendors and fake designer clothes (although a little more expensive than Bangkok).
But, KL is a bit more modern. At times the businessy areas remind you of Singapore and with the humidity, it can feel like it.
