I stayed in your hotel just a weekend ago, with COMPLETE DISSATISFACTION!

You should charge half the price because we only get half the value.

    Room - Too small
Cleanliness - Your parquet floor is so dusty that we wear shoes all the time, and even dare not take off the shoes when we sleep.
Appliances - Kettles provided was not working and confirmed spoilt.
Extra Pillow - Not allowed after a couple of request attempts. The excuse was, "All our rooms are fully booked". Your rooms are not fully booked at all. There are less than 10 out of 88 rooms occupied, very obvious.
Breakfast - Extra sweet cordial, coffee and tea, bread and butter without butter spreader (no butter knife, you gotta use your fork to do the job, mate), an overfried, dark noodle which is so spicy that everyone had most of them leftover on the plates lying around the cafeteria, oily eggs. I could see a lot of guests left seeking food elsewhere behind the hotel.
Noise - This is very memorable. Your hotel is situated less than 2 metres from the mainroads of Jalan Ipoh. All speeding bikes, cars and loads of loads of traffics going through shakes and rattles the signboard situated just outside our bedroom. You can imagine how loud the noise in the room is.
Comfort - Both beds came with plenty of complimentary cracking and creeking sounds. So loud that you can still hear it with the loud traffic noise from the window.
Safety - Your wobbly ceiling mounted TV is collapsing anytime. You may kill someone!
Air Conditioning - But it either go very cold, or extreme hot and stuffy.
Bathroom - A door lock latch that does not lock. Once you manage to lock it, you'll lock yourself in the bathroom because there aren't any door handle from the inside. Provided 2 glasses, but a mixed variety of glass and plastic.

Conclusion: We stay awake whole night, admiring the extreme noise and thin pillows that we have to fold 4 times to make up a comfortable height.

Unique Qualities: Nothing, nothing and nothing. Avoid this.!!
