In Bahasa Malaysia, Kampung means "village". May be, Kangar is not a very small village, but it is the place I being brought up, I still think it is a small Kampung as like my memory since kid's time
During end of the year, the rubber estate in northern Perlis has turn into "Autumn".
- Pros:It is quite, very local and not commercialise
- Cons:not comercialise means not developed and less attraction
- In a nutshell:small, quite and peaceful

Wow! your travel page inspired me to visit Kangar, Perlis. Have not travel so far yet. Will try one day. How long is the journey from Johor to Kangar?
Relaxing after the re-union dinner eh? -m-
Hi! We'll only be in Penang until 3 February so we will miss the New Year celebrations... :( Next time maybe... :)
Heard about Kaki Bukit but not too sure whether I have been there or not. I think I have been to a snake farm on my way back from Langkawi Island. Oh..no I'm getting old.
But Nov to Jan is very very hot there. All the leaves turn into brown, orange and yellow. It is so beautiful.
great page!
