Stay was very good.
I strongly recommend the hotel to anyone coming to HK and looking for confort without looking to spend too much.
Rooms are very spacious although bathrooms are smallish, but comfortable in any case.
Rates were at the time some 68 USD for a double room standard (althought they call it superior). They were nice enough to pop into the rooms in the late afternoon to open your bed and to replace any water or food you had consumed.
The local branded water (Shinga, like the beer :-) was free. As much as you wanted to drink. although you had to pay for the Evian.
The location is a good choice too. Silon is the white collar district in the centre of the city and it is safe to walk around in the night and it is very well communicated by skytrain and public transport.
They also bring you the local paper in the mornings, as usual in this kind of hotels. Very helpful because it allows you to keep in touch with the local vibe and the international news without having to be hooked to CNN or BBC.
Unique Qualities: Pool. Did not used it myself but it looked good.
Views are not great but that is not the hotel's fault because all of the landscape is covered in skyscrapers, so that is what you should expect to see from your room, even if it has views to the river, like ours. We could guess the river, but not really see it.
Service at reception is great too.
