The town with the dark history Cape Coast is located about 150 km west of Accra, along the coast. Unfortunately, the town is most famous for its dark history – that of the slave trade. Most tourists come here to visit Cape Coast Castle, and to learn about the slave trade. There were a couple of local school groups in the castle too when we were there.
Cape Coast (which is the name of the town of about 300,000 people, not just the coastline) was the administrative capital of the Gold Coast until 1877. |

Either in the buff or fully clothed while washing clothes at same time. In Malaysia, the local sarong is useful for this purpose. |
