Yasawairara Travel Guide: 5 reviews and 6 photos

Yasawairara is a village on the island of Yasawa, the most northerly of this group of islands, and the one after which the group has been named.

The island is about 22km long and less than ome km wide.

Yasawairara is situated in the north of the island, and is the most traditional of the villages found here. It is also the seat of the Tui Yasawa - the chief of the island group.

We travelled here on board a Blue Lagoon Cruise, and spent the afternoon in the village.

Wow!! Now thats what I call a fantastic page! Congratulations. Your report about the Yaqona Ceremony was really interesting - just like so much here.
