The Devil's Marbles - Moeraki

Moerake is a small place about 30 km south of Oamaru and are best known for its spherical boulders that line th beach.

When I first heard that we were going to be looking at some boulders on the beach, I very sarcastically thought "wow"., but it was really quite interesting.

They are like enormous eggs or marbles, very round, and one had split open. They wer quite casually "placed" around the beach.
