"Avon ???????" Avon by grets

Avon doesn't in fact exist any more. It used to be a county of which Bristol was one of the main towns, but in a reshuffle, Avon was disbanded and areas slotted in to other counties.

I decided to use this page to show off some of the pictures taken from the helium balloon which is tethered in Castle Park in Bristol.

Too bloody right - I did try and get them to change the Avon thing, but they haven't so far. But then, there are apparently 3 Southamptons, so...
