This is a wonderful hostel, despite being in the dorms it felt more like a hotel. It's clean and cheap (20 euros) and friendly.
The staff at reception are welcoming and held our bags for us on the morning we arrived and the day we left while we did some sighseeing. They have a safe for any valuables and a buzzer on the gate so it's a safe place.
They have air conditioning too - brilliant..
Its a short walk to the train station, so its handy to the metro
Unique Qualities: The dorms were big, with 4 bunks. They were mixed, and cool at night. Private rooms are available too.
We found it was handy to the rest of Rome, and saved money by walking to the forum etc.
They even give you a leaflet with recommended restaurents/ shops/ sights etc when you check in.
There's also a fantastic kitchen if you need to save money and eat in.
