|  | 10 days in Budapest! Visiting Budapest was an old dream for me. I nearly went twice before but the trips got cancelled for various reasons. Finally the dream came true in the end of September 2005 when we stayed in Budapest for 10 days. That was the last part of our one month in Europe. We had first been in Finland and Sweden, then flew to Vienna where we stayed for 4 nights and we came to Budapest by train from Vienna and stayed 9 nights before leaving back to Vienna and flying home Israel. |

| | Our Magyar meanderings Many people back home were surprised to hear that we had been in Budapest for ten days. "What is there to do in Budapest for ten days?" I must tell you that ten days is not enough to see it all. We had a great time, rented a studio apartment at Regiposta in the center, went to places without hurrying and had time to rest too. A real vacation it was ! And last but not least: it was wonderful to meet Eva ( csutiluca) again and her true friendship, help and advice were invaluable. |
