    • If you have orthopaedic problems or are otherwise not fit, the walk down to the fortress can be difficult to you. It is going down some 300 steep steps.

    • There was a lazy seagull at the restaurant balcony who had made the restaurant his area and was watching for every crumb he could steal! He was fat and lazy, probably forgotten how to fish a long time ago. And even worse: he didn't let any other birds come close! This proves the theory: It is easy to become used to comfort!

    • We stopped on the bridge on the way to the fortress to eat our sandwiches and there were several birds who nearly snapped the food from our hands! It was clear that people had fed them and they had got used to it. And there is so many fish in the sea! This guy in the picture was the worst.

    • The sea can be very rough. If you are sensitive and the weather is bad, think twice if you want to make the trip. A good idea is not to eat a breakfast before boarding the boat, but to take a sandwich with you for later. For us the sea was calm on the way there and a bit rough (but not too much) on the way back.
