Inari is one of the classic destinations of Lapland and it is very nice indeed with all the nature and the beautiful Inari lake. There is also a big souvenir shop in the center, like a supermarket, which has very affordable prices compared to other places in Lapland. Well worth visiting! We arrived in Inari in, August 2003 after leaving Kuusamo (or better say the luxury cabin in Ruka) in the morning. We stayed the night at a cabin at Inari camping site, and continued to Norway, Kirkenes and Polmak on the following day. |
