"Petra" a Petra Travel Page by haiamisa

I went to Petra by a tour bus from Aqaba. I went on an organized tour from the cruise ship Regina Maris.. The trip was great, very much thanks to the wonderful Jordanian tour guide, his enthusiasm and respect to people. Jordanian people that I met were very nice and polite. What can I say about Petra that hasn't been said yet? It is beautiful, fantastic, exciting, overwhelming... a place that everybody should see! I hope that one day I will go back and stay for few nights in one of the hotels close by and will have a chance to explore all the area. On a day trip only a small area is seen, the main attractions.
