February 2008: back from an adventurous weekend in Jerusalem. I have updated the page with new TLs and tips.
Jerusalem is beautiful, lively, intriguing, never boring, overwhelming... what can I say more. Not everybody likes it, but for those who do, it is a life long love affair of always coming back and if that is not possible, then at least dreaming of return.
"Next year in Jerusalem" - Jewish Passover Seder everywhere in the world ends with these words... The eternal hope of returning and being in Jerusalem.
It is not a place of order, chaos rules here most of the time, if not chaos of traffic and events, then chaos of different cultures and characters. If extraterrestrials landed here on their first landing on earth, they would think they are in middle of a fancy dressing party or mad theater play. |
