I actually spent a lot more time in Bangkok then I wanted but the good thing was I had a chance to see a lot of what this big busy city had to offer! Bangkok has everything from great shopping to fun nightlife and of course many touristy sights to see. It is also a hub for many destinations around the rest of SE Asia so you'll probably be stopping in BKK if you're heading out that way.
While you're in Bangkok make sure you go to the Grand Palace, Wat Po, Khao San Road, hit the nightlife, and the weekend market. There is a lot more to do but those were my highlights..... |
