Stay there 2X1 night. Ask both time for a single room but the management was not too keen on giving me a single room so they ask me to pay more for a double room though single occupancy, no breakfast.
Paid 700 SYL or 13,5 USD. Room was clean and tidy with airco (was not given the remote control but at that season no need of airco)and ceiling fan.
Get room # 13 and # 3. similar location on different floor.

Unique Qualities: In downtown, near Baron Hotel. Easy access to restaurant, internet café and sights.
If you need new tyres for your car, this is the place to stay.

Stay there in June 2005.
Had room 207, which is not too bad.
I got this double room but pay for single occupancy (400 SP).
They also have a dormitory on the top floor together with a restaurant where you can get a breakfast for 100 SP (haven't try).
