Restaurant Name: Four season
I have tried many buffet places in Amman and in other part of Jordan and to me, the best of all is the one at the top ranked Four Season Hotel (5th circle). It is always fresh and rich with all type of food you need including cheese and dessert. Price is about 15 JOD or 22 USD. Lunch & diner

Restaurant Name: La Vinaigrette
Hard to describe this place. The food is a mixed of western and japanese, the quality is ok but not excellent. The service is very average and the receptionist is paid to drive away customers. Basically the first thing you will be ask before greetings, is : "do you have a reservation ?" if you say no it is bad even if the place is totally empty ! Despite all of that, I continue to visit that place. If you decide to do so too, book in advance and ask a table by window !
Favorite Dish: Spinach crepe (the locals will call it spanish crepe !!). Good coffee

At a time, this place was the gay venue of Amman. With the time, the crowd is really mixed and it is also a place where you can see Jordanian girls without minders and free to speak load, drink alcohol and smoke cigarette. Very thin and delicious pizza. Friday Brunch Excellent terrasse in summer Bookshop and internet access

Restaurant Name: the blue fig
The Blue Fig is truly the place to be seen in Amman. For foreigner or tourist, it can bring to you a totally different picture of Jordan. High and upper middle class young people speaking load and drinking alcohol. In summer, the Blue Fig can become an unintentional cat walk spot ! Don't miss it !
Favorite Dish: To my opinion, food is nothing special. Just go there to socialize and to be seen (LOL) ...

Restaurant Name: La Cucina
Went there for the second time early August for my own company dinner party. We did not order anything special and everybody choose from the menu. The food was ok as well as the service. We could enjoy the nice garden as the season allows and it was great ! The restaurant was full but most of the customers arrived later than 21.30.

A very good restaurant ! In summer you can have your meal on the terrase which is an uncontestable advantage. The location is prime and you may have a life band (at night only) to smoothly entertain you. The only black point is the very limited choice in the menu ! Went there 4 times and I think in 2 years they haven't change much in their offer.
