| | living here since mid february, 2004, I find it often hard to survive the local's superior frame of reference... but the city is the revard for coping with the inhabitants :) as being half way between tourist and inhabitant, I will try to provide more information about the 'Off the beaten path'-s in some time, so far only managed to get around all the known spots... but updates are coming :) |
favourite place No 1 it must be the Montmartre... with all the lovely small streets, the painters, restaurants, the Sacre Coeur, the funiculaire (you know, the thing that helps you skip the 'climbing up the stairs' part :), and yes, even the tourists :)) it's a wonder day or night... :) | | |
| | other favourite places basically everything else :) the first day I started wandering on the streets I fell in love with the city. it's just the right size, the metro lines are everywhere, the sun is mostly shining, what else can u need? :))
this pic I took at the Jardins du Luxembourg, a place where I like to hang out after the french course. |
