Spent four days in Birmingham with a friend who's in a PhD program there. Birmingham surprised me with its urban offerings and laid-back, calm feel. The traffic is smooth and the people friendly. I'll definitely be back a few more times in the next couple years. |

Yes, mature Bamboo can be very "imposing" especially when it towers over you at 15 meters in height as we saw in Trinidad & Tobago, but it is still beautiful. |
