I've always loved this quote. I think if more people traveled away from what they are familiar with they would see that people aren't really that different no matter where they are from. just my two cents.

My ex-wife in Nha Trang, Vietnam, November 2002, in the exact same spot. We took this picture on our trip to Vietnam (my ex-wife's first time back to vietnam since April 29, 1975) without having seen the one from 1974. upon our return home, my mother-in law was looking at our pictures, saw this one, and pulled out an old battered suitcase full of photos from before they left Vietnam.
