San Fabian 277 years old municipality of the Province of Pangasinan is located in the northernmost part of Pangasinan and lies along the Coast of Lingayen Gulf. It is bounded on the North by Rosario, La Union and on the East by towns of San Jacinto, Pozzorubio and Sison, on the South by the town of Mangaldan and a portion of the city of Dagupan and on the west by the Lingayen Gulf.
The Municipality of San Fabian has a total land area of 8,130 hectares. Barangay Ambalangan Dalin is the biggest among the thirty four (34) Barangays in terms of land area with 746.0 hectares or 9.17 % to the total land area and Barangay Nibaliw Center is the smallest in terms of land area with only 16.54 has.
