"Creamy Irish beer and quaint antiques" Weston by Mette-DK

It seemed like another country maybe, or at the very least, a more 'historic' area of the US...but as we entered the local Irish bar, we were surprised to see this cellar entrance into a rounded brick cave...more in the tip...

Mette in the town, after aquiring some antiques and on the way for some Sunday afternoon refreshment.
There are several things to do here in town, from the shops, eateries, and a local vinyard. We'll check these out more on our next trip up here, just 15 minutes North of the airport and about a half hour from downtown KC. There are several B&B's that could come in handy and look romantic, and there is an annual wine festival here in the fall as well. We just missed a pub crawl that occured the day before.
