    • Staying at the Allerton was an excellent choice for us. From the moment we stepped into the lobby we felt welcomed.

    Since our room was not ready, we opted to "explore" some of downtown Chicago. We were very pleasantly surprised to learn that we had been upgraded to a suite when we returned to the hotel.

    My husband and son used the fitness center on several occasions (I personally frequented the many stores located close by).

    For someone who is not familiar with Chicago, this hotel is one I'd recommend. From the convenience to the "L" train, to the closeness of restuarants and shopping, this location, makes most of what you'd want to see and do easy access.
