The building itself is just a block of ciment that you can probably spot at the back of the air ballon representing his head in his honor. The inside is a must-see for the art lovers, it s on different floor and the first floor mainly houses Van Gogh painting. It was really overcrowded which made it difficult to enjoy it fully. The museum was openned in 1973, you can find Van gogh paintings, drawings, letters, his collection of japonese prints but also exhibitions from different people.

Keep your eyes open when you walk around and you ll notice that so many buildings are not straight. It really gives a real charm to the town. There are so many canals, we ve just walk around with no particular directions, it s all very charming.

The house of Rembrandt which has been restored to its 17th century state. You can find inside Rembrandt paintings and some other painting, his collection of art (object from all over the world). They also recreated his living area. In one of the rooms, someone is explaining how to create paint ,which was quit interesting.(not sure it s happening all the time though)

I m normaly not a big fan of those very touristy cruises so i choose to do it at night with a glass of wine which made it fun and also i had bought a pass which included a canal cruise( i think i only paid an extra 4 euros because it was at night), so might as well do it.
