First Sunday of the month

by EllenH - last update: Dec 6, 2004

The best part of our time in Arezzo

Charlie, Nathalie, Ellen, and Joe
We landed in Arezzo on the first Sunday in November, the day of the month they hold the Arezzo's Antiques Exhibition (the oldest, the largest) (Their words, not mine) This means blocks and blocks of vendors, hundreds of tables of antiques, and flea market collectables. But our favorite part of the day was meeting fellow vter's Ciambella (Charles and Nathalie). We had a wonderful lunch together and have made some new friends.

Thanks for the visit to our 5terre page... I visit you're Arezzo page for the 2nd time. I see you have kinder words than Ciambella for the antique mrkt! We also found it quite fun. Now to return with a Van!

Great fun to meet VT friends in Italy. Arezzo is one of the few places we missed on our Italy trips.
