Money Changer - AGRI BANK
Favorite thing: I changed SGD to Vietnamese Dong at Hanoi Airport. The rates is pretty decent. For 1SGD, you get VND9200. There is a few money changer at the airport after the gate. Check out all and compare the rates. Just to assure VTers that they give decent rates. : )
