Excellent tips on Cagayan - I am also working on some of my Cagayan tips, but too slow to finish them - I did ride the boat at bottom of Callao..My mom is flying from Cagayan to USA to visit this August..Norman :)
We are planning a Batanes tour. Baka kami lang ni Mayet! Honeymoon, hehehe! tapos, sa Claveria kami ng 2nd week of May. Tarana, sabay kayo.
