In 2001,2002 and 2003, I was fortunate to spend part of my summer in Paris. Before that, I went there for work and again crossed the channel many times when I was living in London. Oui, I hear that Anggun song playing in my head now...summer in Paris...I worshipped at the Hermes shrine on Rue Fauborg St.Honore and many other temples of fashion on the same street. It was all fantastic: the boutiques, the cafes, La Duree, Angelina, George at the Pompidou Centre, Mezzanine D' Alcazar, Buddha Bar, Hotel Costes...From the fancier restaurants to the simple ones, the food was good,
