With nearby cities, easy access to the freeway and easy access to public transportation for commuting to the San Francisco Bay Area. It is easy to see why Manteca can be called the hub. Situated between Highway 99 and Highway 5 on the east and west, respectively and Highway 120 that cuts and divides the city into North and South Manteca.

The city is growing both in population and business. Spreckles Park is the business and shopping center for the eastern side of town. Big chain stores and lots of familiar places to eat makes this area a busy place. Just off the Yosemite Ave Exit on highway 99. On the west side there is the new Field of Dreams with its new mini baseball stadiums and the first of many stores like Kohls on the corner of highway 120 and Airport Way.
