I haven't been to this website for a very long time and I just decided that I'm putting it back to life to help some fellow travellers on tips and ideas of where to go and what to do.

Now I'm living in the Middle East, in Dubai, the famous city of "the biggest", "the tallest"...the impossible is possible here. The crisis has affected all of us but I think that it is still one of the best cities to be in in these hard times.

By the way, if you don't speak arabic (well, I don't either) here's a bit of a translation: "Salam Aleikum" is what everyone uses as "hi" but what it actually means is = may peace be with you. The answer to this is not another "hi", it is: "Alaikum Assalam" which means the same "may peace be with you too"

I am sure many of you enjoy travelling as much as I do....I just love backpacking! Can't help it...it's like a bug.
