General Tips: Need the Loo?

Favorite Thing: Don't worry - they can be found easily along the promenade situated just at the edge of the beach. There are several purpose built cabins that can be found every few hundred yards or so as you walk the few km between Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos!
They are basic with a washbasin inside the cubicle and are generally clean (well clean enough!) and the best bit is they're free!!!

General Tips: Keep Your Things Safe on the Beach!

Favorite Thing: For a small charge of 50c you can rent a locker right on the beach - now how good is that?! You get a key on a wristband so the whole process is simple.
They are available between the hours of 9am and 6pm.

Favorite Thing: If you're anything like me, the first thing you look for in a good beach is a shower! Well Tenerife is definitely high on my list for places that provide this simple but in my opinion 'necessary' facility!
Every beach in Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos seems to have them - and they work!
