"solipse festival" Chisamba by tgirl007

Chisamba is a very small zambian village about 40km from Lusaka, give or take.....the Solipse festival was held here in 2001, to celebrate the total eclipse of the sun...beautiful people from all around the world congregated in this small village, as one people, onelove to dance and enjoy life.the energy at the solipse was phenomenal, the beats were out of this world and the zambians were so friendly.

i met rainbow people from all over the world...japan, holland, sweden, south africa, england,Usa,thailand, zimbabwe,zambia,india...and thats just to name a few...some pretty special folks, who i like to think of as sun chasing gypsies.My people.of the world.

watching the eclipse

this was my first real conscious experience of a solar eclipse, and it was out of this world(no pun intended) it lasted about 3 minutes in totality...and it was the strangest thing experiencing night time with a billion stars during the day?the birds went mad, racing home to nest, as they did not expect nightfall so soon.....sure it confused them completely...and it inspired us...completely......
