Liza and myself travelled to the maldives in April 2004 for one week and again in June 2005 for two weeks.
On Both occassions we stayed at Veligandu Island which is located in Rhasdoo atoll on the north tip of North Ari Atoll.
This island is a small island with beach bungalows, water bugalows and one restaurant, bar, dive centre, gym and water sports centre.
It is truely the most amazing place to chill, relax, relax snorkel, chill......... get the idea.
I love it and I have never been a beach type of person. |
