One of my family's summer vacation destinations was this area in Tennessee. Unfortunately, because my mother planned the trip, I do not know the details of the accomodations, but I plan on asking if she remembers the names.
Here is a picture of some caves we visited while in the area...
As you can see from this picture, the drive around the Smokey Mountain area is incredibly scenic and very lush.
- Pros:lovely rolling hills, great cottages, great sunsets
- Cons:Rattlesnakes
